Purchase Order Policy
We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from schools, universitites, hospitals, and other government institutions.
To order using a purchase order, please place an order using our shopping cart and select "Purchase Order" as the payment method. You will be prompted for a purchase order number at this time.
Once you've placed an order please submit your official purchase order, to our order desk via fax at 734-429-7254 or email at email@example.com. Our terms, upon credit approval, are net 30.
Purchase Orders must include the billing and shipping addresses, contact name, phone number, fax number, purchase order number, and the Federal Tax ID Number. In addition, please include the item number and quantity for each item ordered. We will ship the order in 1-3 business days upon receipt of your purchase order. We will contact you when we receive your purchase order to confirm the order and any details.
